Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025 · Effective immediately
By creating a Kivee account, you agree to these terms. If you're using Kivee on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on their behalf too.
Who can use Kivee
Kivee is designed for sports and activity academy owners and coaches. To use Kivee, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not use Kivee to manage activities that violate local laws
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each account is for one academy or organization. If you manage multiple academies, contact us — we'll find a setup that works.
What you can do
With a Kivee account, you can:
- Manage students, sessions, and payments for your academy
- Invite team members to collaborate on your account
- Export your data at any time
- Use the mobile app on any device associated with your account
You may not resell, sublicense, or use Kivee to build a competing product.
What we can do
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- Your account is used for fraudulent or harmful activity
- You don't pay your subscription fees after a reasonable grace period
If we need to suspend your account for any other reason, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice and help you export your data.
Payments
Kivee is currently free during its early access period. When paid plans are introduced, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any charges apply.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We don't store your card details.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a billing issue, reach out and we'll sort it out.
Your data
You own your data. Kivee doesn't claim any rights to the content you upload or the student information you manage.
By using Kivee, you give us permission to store and process your data to provide the service — nothing beyond that. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Liability
Kivee is provided as-is. While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time or free of errors.
We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of Kivee. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Kivee after that date means you accept the updated terms.
If you disagree with a change, you can close your account before it takes effect and we'll help you export your data.
